To ensure a smooth transition to the new platform, the following services will be temporarily unavailable during this maintenance window:
- EPP (Extensible Provisioning Protocol)
- RDDS (WHOIS & RDAP)
- Registrar Portal (Web access)

- Date: Thursday, 11 June 2026
- Time: 07:30 – 09:30 SAST
- Expected Duration: Up to 2 hours
Reason
This maintenance is necessary to perform essential backend preparations ahead of the upcoming Gateway Portal v3 upgrade.
Impact
During the maintenance window, you will be unable to:
- Connect via EPP, API or WHMCS
- Access the Registrar Portal
- Query WHOIS or RDAP services
All services are expected to be fully restored by 09:30 SAST. The actual migration to version 3 will take place at a later date, and we will provide separate advance notice for that major upgrade.
