DNS resolution remains fully operational – no impact on website availability.

RDDS (Registration Data Directory Services / WHOIS) remains available.

Enhance RandomString() generation by revising the method to guarantee strings include at least one alphabetic character, one numeric character, and, optionally, one special character. Utilize random_int() for improved randomness and shuffle the resulting string. Increment version to v4.0.119.
