Gateway SRS

At DNS Gateway, we take pride in providing a cost effective service, according to our terms and conditions. If you feel we have not lived up to the expectations created by the user agreement, please let us know by sending an email to legal@dns.business with the subject of “Complaint”.

We strive to answer and address all complaints by the end of the next business day. If after an appropriate time, we have not been able to resolve your complaint, you may have recourse to the Registry of the TLD concerned, or in the case of ICANN TLD’s, to the ICANN complaints procedure.

Our official name for use in this situation is “DNS Africa Ltd”, and in the ICANN situation, our IANA ID is 2287.
